Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused beauty products in their original boxes to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
